You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our clinic and providing an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk in. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Front Desk Management:Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk efficiently.Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our clinic management system.Manage patient registration, check-ins, and check-outs.Process payments and handle basic financial transactions.Administrative SupportMaintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.Manage inventory of clinic supplies and place orders when necessary.Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.Clinical Support (Non-Medical)Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient consultations.Assist the chiropractors with basic, non-clinical tasks as directed.Guide patients through their visit and ensure their comfort.Educate patients on clinic policies, services, and wellness products.
