Clinical Application Specialist – Endoscopy Job Type :(6-Month Contract) Location: North & South London (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cambridge) Hybrid (50% onsite)Role Overview: Seeking a qualified Clinical Application Specialist to provide technical and end-user support for endoscopy medical device systems.The role involves onsite installation, configuration, operator training, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and test medical devices, hardware, and network systems.Conduct onsite operator training and support implementation projects.Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports.Manage documentation, issue escalation, and resolution.Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.Requirements:2–3 years’ experience with IT systems; understanding of hospital IT preferred.Knowledge of software and cloud infrastructure.Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and service-based software.Self-motivated with ability to work independently or collaboratively.Willingness to travel regionally/nationally (approx. 50%).Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
