This role is vital in ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and delivering excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.What you will be doingCoordinate patient care through the clinic, exam rooms, and laboratory areas.Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for physician assessment.Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight.Perform venipuncture (if certified) and assist with other delegated clinical procedures.Prepare examination rooms, maintain medical supplies, and ensure cleanliness and readiness.Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated materials safely.Assist with EMR documentation, billing entries, and general administrative duties.Support with scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-ups as needed.Provide compassionate, professional patient interaction while maintaining confidentiality.Ensure compliance with clinic policies, privacy regulations, and health & safety standards.Collaborate with clinic staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.You haveCompletion of a Medical Office Assistant, Clinical Assistant, or related healthcare diploma program.Phlebotomy certification or equivalent is required.2–3 years of experience in a primary care or medical clinic environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of care.The wage offered for this position falls within a specified range and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.WELL is committed to supporting a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
