Job Title: Junior Contingent Workforce (CW) SpecialistLocation: Remote – Canada (occasional travel to Windsor ON) Position Type: Contract to Hire About the RoleOur client, a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Junior Contingent Workforce (CW) Specialist to support the development and day-to-day management of their growing contingent workforce program.This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and vendor coordination skills. The ideal candidate will support the CW Program Manager in building efficient processes, coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for contingent talent across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CW Program Manager in executing program operations, including vendor coordination, requisition management, and onboarding.Assist in maintaining vendor records, contracts, and rate cards to ensure compliance and accuracy.Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and Finance teams on contingent worker hiring, extensions, and offboarding processes.Track and monitor vendor performance and report on key program metrics.Help prepare and review vendor contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and amendments.Coordinate invoice tracking and follow-ups with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams.Maintain program documentation, process guides, and databases for consistency and audit readiness.Provide administrative and analytical support to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in Contingent Workforce, Vendor Management, HR Operations, or Procurement.Exposure to construction, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environments is an asset.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.Basic understanding of vendor contracts, SOWs, and rate structures.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.Post-secondary education in Business, HR, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
