Our team supports all facilities across NSLHD & CCLHD, so travel to other sites within NSLHD and CCLHDWhat You'll Be DoingThe Business Consulting Unit exists within the Clinical Analytics & Innovation directorate as part of the Department of Digital Health Services (DHS), Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) and Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD). The Clinical Business Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Business Consulting Unit of Digital Health Services (DHS), supporting Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts. This role is responsible for driving clinical innovation through business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. The focus is on supporting the transition to the Statewide Digital Patient Record (SDPR), enabling AI and innovation projects, and advancing data democratisation through dashboards and analytics. The Clinical Business Analyst will work closely with clinicians, DHS teams, and external partners to ensure that digital health solutions are safe, effective, and aligned with clinical workflows and strategic priorities.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following CriteriaQualifications in Health / Health Sciences or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience in a Cerner health environment and/or in hospital environments.Extensive experience in conducting business process re-design, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realisation and change management documents. Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare project documentation, analyse, interpret policies, procedures and standards, give presentations and liaise effectively at all levels.Need more information?
