Contracts Administrator - Major Road Project - Regional NSW

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of complex, high-value public infrastructure projects for government. Disaster recovery project experience will be highly regarded.Contract duration is up to 4 years, relocation assistance provided if required.Key ResponsibilitiesTender preparation, bid evaluation, risk analysis, and contract negotiations Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate the contract administration process Provide expert advice on contractual conditions, budget and cost controlPrepare and submit all commercial notices and claims in a timely manner Assist contract managers in preparing all monthly cost reports and project reports.Establish and maintain appropriate client, stakeholder, and supplier relationshipsFor more information on Bellwether please check out our website:www.bellwether.com.auYou must have the right to work in Australia & have local work experience.
