Clinical Data Manager

Job Title: Clinical Data Manager Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract (High potential for extension) Job Summary: Seeking a Clinical Data Manager to oversee 3–5 clinical trials from a data management perspective. The role involves managing activities related to CRF design, data review, quality oversight, and trial closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience managing clinical data across multiple studies. Key Responsibilities:Review clinical research documents including protocols, reports, and analysis plans.Lead or participate in clinical data management activities throughout the trial lifecycle.Identify and mitigate study risks related to data quality and subject safety.Conduct central monitoring and data cleaning activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Scientists, and Statisticians. Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years in clinical operations or healthcare data management.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple studies simultaneously.Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing study risks.Knowledge of data collection best practices for clinical trials. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
