From our top executives, to our line technicians; we are all proud to be part of an elite group responsible for revolutionising the glove-making industry.OverviewJob DescriptionTo be the subject matter expert (SME) in providing ideas to develop new product pipelines.To support the Product Development and Business Development team in introducing new products.Job authorities, if applicable, as defined in all the QMS-related documents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor products, and opportunities in the medical device industry.Conduct user needs assessments to gather insights from end users in the clinical setting through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions.Understand and analyse users’ needs, pain points, and preferences.Work closely with the product development team to prioritise features and improvements that align with user needs and company business goals.Support the development of functional prototypes for user testing and validation.Gather user feedback on the prototypes and identify opportunities for further improvement.Support the launching of new products in the clinical setting and monitor the products’ performance in the market.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with regular follow-ups with end users.Build and maintain positive relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and other key personnel involved in the introduction of new products.Any other tasks assigned by the superior.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in the hospital/medical setting.Relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical / medical device industry is preferred.Medical knowledge in CSSD, OT, or Dialysis will be an added advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board.Additional Company InformationRegistration No. Company Size75398-K More than 5000 EmployeesAverage Processing Time Industry21 days Manufacturing / Production
