Project Manager – Clinical Research (ANZ)HiRO ANZ | Australia / New Zealand | Full-timeAre you an experienced Clinical Research professional looking to step into a high-impact Project Manager role? HiRO ANZ is expanding, and we’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial delivery across a range of therapeutic areas.As a PM, you’ll own the planning, execution, oversight, and delivery of assigned clinical projects — ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, sites, and sponsors to keep studies moving seamlessly and efficiently.What You’ll DoLead Clinical Trial DeliveryOversee planning, timelines, risk management, quality control, and study documentation.Develop project plans, manuals, trackers, and communication structures.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations and deliverables are met.Drive Operational ExcellenceMonitor study progress, manage budgets, review timesheets, and forecast resource needs.Ensure eTMF compliance and oversee vendor activities.Lead & Support TeamsProvide guidance, mentoring, and leadership across project teams.Support staff onboarding, training, and delegation of responsibilities.Collaborate & CommunicateRun internal and external project meetings, including weekly client updates and CRA meetings.Identify, document, and mitigate risks throughout the study lifecycle.(Occasional) Senior CRA SupportConduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across NZ/Australia if needed.What You BringA degree in clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related disciplines.Strong clinical monitoring experience (NZ or Australia experience preferred).Proven early Phase Oncology Project Management Experience.Prior Clinical Project Management experience and excellent understanding of ICH-GCP.Exceptional communication, organisational and decision-making skills.Ability to lead, mentor, solve problems, and collaborate in a supportive, high-performing team.A proactive, ethical, and solutions-focused approach.Why HiRO ANZ?You’ll join a team that values reliability, integrity, and a supportive culture.
