The company also provides expertise in site identification, trial monitoring, and data management to advance research that positively impacts patients worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, India for a Clinical Recruiter. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring teams. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure the timely hiring of top talent and the best possible candidate experience.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesExperience with Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniquesStrong verbal and written Communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively and facilitate Hiring processesExperience with 1099, W2 and contract hiringsRelevant prior experience in clinical trial or healthcare recruitment is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
