Job Title: Clinical Training SpecialistLocation: Dallas, TXExperience: 2-5 YearsTravel: Up to 90 percent, including overnight travelJob SummaryThis role supports the Clinical Performance team by providing high-quality training and education on advanced radiology device products. The position focuses on ensuring healthcare professionals understand and use these technologies safely and effectively. The specialist will deliver hands-on clinical training, maintain ongoing competency with evolving medical device technology, and uphold all regulatory and organizational standards. This role is ideal for an experienced radiologic technologist who enjoys teaching, traveling, and working directly with clinical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver clinical training to Radiologic Technologists, Physicians, and Nursing staff across assigned sitesEnsure all training and clinical interactions adhere to required processes, procedures, and compliance standardsComplete all new hire training, certification, and internal competency requirementsPrepare and submit accurate reports, documentation, and expense submissions within required timelinesMaintain strong understanding of current medical device technology and continuously build clinical expertiseTravel overnight up to 90 percent of the time to support training needsMaintain schedule flexibility with availability for a minimum of three consecutive weekdaysRepresent the organization professionally during all clinical and on-site interactionsRequired QualificationsARRT Registered Radiologic TechnologistBachelor's degree preferredTwo or more years of experience with advanced licensure in a radiology modality strongly preferredAdvanced certification in CT, CV, and/or MR is highly desirableStrong clinical knowledge and comfort working in hospital or imaging center environmentsValid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirementsExcellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
