We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-forward Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing team.Role OverviewAs a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and executing clinical trials across multiple sites in Ontario. You’ll collaborate with site staff, sponsors, and the Clincove operations team to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements — while embracing digital tools that modernize how research is done.This position involves frequent travel to clinical sites within Ontario.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical trial activities across assigned sites.Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and Health Canada regulations.Collect, document, and manage study data using electronic systems (eISF, EDC, and other digital platforms).Perform or oversee phlebotomy and sample handling for trial participants.Support site start-up, monitoring visits, and close-out activities.Act as a primary point of contact for site staff, investigators, and sponsors.Utilize Clincove’s technology suite to streamline site communication, document management, and remote sponsor access.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience coordinating clinical trials.Experience working on 5 or more clinical trials (Phase I–IV preferred).Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated venipuncture experience.Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and Health Canada regulations.Tech-forward mindset with comfort using digital clinical tools and platforms.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability and willingness to travel within Ontario to clinical sites.Why Join ClincoveBe part of a fast-growing company redefining how clinical research operates.Work with a passionate, innovative team at the intersection of healthcare and technology.Competitive compensation package.Flexible work environment with regional travel autonomy.Interested?Apply now and help shape the future of clinical research technology with Clincove.
