As a Clinical Technical Specialist for Iraq, you will deliver high-quality clinical and technical support to university clinics, audiology centres, and distributors, while enabling outstanding customer experiences and sustainable growth in the region. Your impactProvide on-call and on-site technical and fitting support, including first activations of CI systems, complex case support, integrity testing, and upgrade assistance.Support surgery and perform intra-operative measurements as required.Deliver clinical and product training (onsite and online) to new and existing professional customers; contribute content to clinical newsletters and projects.Adopt value-based selling concepts (e.g., Miller Heiman) in partnership with the Territory Manager; maintain accurate records in the CRM.Represent Cochlear at professional, candidate, and recipient events; support Cochlear Academy programs as requested. What you will bringBachelor's degree in Audiology or Engineering (Master's in Audiology preferred).Experience with cochlear implant fitting and clinical workflows; confident delivering training to professionals.Comfort supporting clinical teams during surgery and intra-operative measurements.Strong communication and collaboration skills; disciplined with CRM and documentation.Fluency in English plus Arabic and/or Kurdish (Sorani/Badini) preferred; valid passport and ability to travel frequently across Iraq. Location & travelField-based across Iraq (including Kurdistan). Primary base to be confirmed (e.g., Baghdad or Erbil). Frequent travel and flexible working hours are required.
