Utilizing Cloud, Web, and AI technologies, we offer a comprehensive product portfolio (ERP, CRM, HCM/Payroll, WMS, Accounting, e-Invoicing, Digital Commerce, mobile applications and industry-specific solutions) that empowers every business, enabling it to work smarter, faster, and more successfully.At ENTERSOFTONE, we turn innovation into real business value - unlocking the full potential of enterprises in today’s fast-changing digital era.We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our high caliber team.Your contribution to the success of the team:Design, deploy and manage cloud-based services giving due consideration to performance, cost-effectiveness, availability and resilienceSupport the operation, architecture and engineering of the infrastructure and servicesEnsure that cloud services and infrastructure are properly monitored, managed and securedDevelop code to orchestrate and automate cloud-based infrastructure and servicesCooperate with other departments in the development and maintenance of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plansPropose improvements in infrastructure, user productivity and collaboration services and lead small implementationsCoordinate with other departments/teams such as IT, development, security and Help Desk in implementing configuration changes and resolving incidentsTroubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measuresYour Qualifications & Skills:BSc or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related fieldsProven professional experience (6+ years) in IT and cloud infrastructure and servicesHands-on experience with creating, managing and monitoring Azure cloud services including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS offeringsOne or more Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-303/304/305, AZ-700 is a mustExtensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security best practicesGood understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, especially Debian or Ubuntu-based distributionsFamiliarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM, Terraform, .NET, or similar technologiesStrong knowledge of network access, identity, and access managementExperience with building and supporting SaaS cloud servicesGood English & Greek oral and written skillsAnalytical and with strong problem-solving skillsCollaborative and a team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with DevOps, automated software deployment and CI/CDKnowledge/expertise in KubernetesExperience with monitoring, metrics and KPIsYour Benefits:We are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
