Cloud Migration Programme Manager – Banking Client – BrusselsRate: 800 – 900 per dayDuration: 12 month contract Hybrid Working: 8 days onsite in Brussels of per month, the rest is remote workingThe Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) is fully accountable for the successful delivery of the Pega Cloud Migration, a high‑impact, enterprise‑critical transformation within the division.This role owns the migration from legacy/on‑premise Pega environments to Pega Cloud, ensuring continuity of service, regulatory compliance, and delivery within strict time and budget constraints.The EDO drives the project from definition through execution and stabilization, operating in a high‑stakes environment with senior stakeholder visibility, immovable deadlines and minimal tolerance for disruption.The role requires strong leadership under pressure, the ability to make firm decisions quickly and a relentless focus on delivery outcomes.Role:Own end‑to‑end delivery of the Pega Cloud Migration epic, including planning, execution, cutover and post‑migration stabilizationDefine and enforce the overall migration strategy, governance model, scope, milestones and success criteriaDrive delivery across multiple workstreams (application migration, infrastructure, security, compliance, testing, operations readiness)Lead the development of the migration roadmap, including environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), data migration, integration readiness and release sequencingAct as the single point of accountability for timeline, budget, risk exposure and delivery commitmentsCoordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution paceProactively manage migration risks, including performance, resilience, regulatory, data protection and operational continuity risksOwn cutover planning and execution, ensuring controlled go‑live with minimal business disruptionProvide frequent, fact‑based progress reporting to senior management and executive sponsors, escalating decisively when delivery is at riskAbility to manage dependencies between application teams, infrastructure, security, compliance, and operations during migrationExperience coordinating Agile delivery teams within a broader, milestone‑driven migration programStrong budget ownership, including challenge and escalation when delivery commitments are at riskDelivery & Leadership CapabilitiesHighly driven, delivery‑focused leader who thrives in high‑pressure, high‑visibility programsComfortable making tough prioritization decisions and enforcing delivery discipline across teamsStrong ability to challenge assumptions, remove blockers and push execution forward despite resistance or uncertaintyExcellent stakeholder management skills with confidence operating at senior levelsStrong command of project management and delivery tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps, ServiceNow (PMRM))Ensures full adherence to SDLC controls and governance standards throughout the migration lifecycle, including design approval, testing evidence, release authorization and audit traceability.Clear, assertive communicator with the ability to translate complex migration issues into executive‑level insightsFull professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease do send across an up to date CV to eobiechefu@welovesalt.com
