We are open five days per week (Wed - Sun), so the successful applicants will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays from November 2025 through to end of April 2026. Showing your passion for excellent customer service Converting the guest's positive experience into wine sales and brand loyaltyEncouraging visitor loyalty and sign up to the wine clubSupporting private experience and VIP eventsRequirementsExperience in hospitality, preferably in a tasting room and a restaurant environmentA sales-orientated mindset - able to convert positive experiences into sales of wines, food, and merchandiseAn understanding of wine and genuine passion for all things wineStrong sales acumenEnglish is essential, an additional language is a plusLegal rights to work in New ZealandBenefitsWhat you can expect from us:
