You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphereYour Skills And ExperienceProven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. Minimum NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e. g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
