We are looking for Club Managers to join our clubs and become part of our “Wellbeing Community.”What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of experience in business management and salesA strong commercial mindsetProven leadership skills and presenceStrong organizational abilitiesCustomer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction, solutions, and resultsExcellent communication skills, friendly and dynamic personalityProficiency in planning, reporting, and operational follow-upWhat You’ll DoEnsure achievement of the club’s periodic sales and customer satisfaction targetsManage the club’s budget, monitoring revenues and expensesOversee seamless daily operations (equipment, cleanliness, occupational safety, and health compliance)Lead and develop the sales and fitness teams, ensuring their motivation and high performanceMaintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and service qualityPrepare accurate and complete reports on time and share them with relevant stakeholders
