Join our Hilton Vienna Cluster – comprising 1,285 rooms and over 5,300 sqm of event space – as our next Cluster Director of Sales, and take charge of an exciting portfolio that blends modern elegance, historic charm, and riverfront sophistication.What You’ll DoAs Cluster Director of Sales, you will:Lead and inspire the proactive sales team across three landmark hotels in ViennaDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across MICE, Business Travel, Government, Consortia, Group Tours, and Airline segmentsFoster a high-performance, customer-focused sales cultureBuild strong relationships with key accounts, Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), and local partnersCollaborate closely with Revenue Management, Events, and Marketing to deliver cohesive commercial resultsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for sales-influenced segmentsPlan and host impactful events such as client showcases, roadshows, and tradeshowsActively participate in site inspections, sales calls, and tele-sales race daysYour ImpactYou will be a key commercial leader, representing the Hilton Vienna Cluster both internally and externally.
