Job Description

Noel Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Cluster Financial Controller on behalf of a well-established hospitality client operating a cluster of three hotels in Dublin City Centre. In this role, you will take full responsibility for the finance function across three properties, ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting, and strong commercial oversight.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader to join a high-performing hospitality group and play a key role within the senior management team. The successful candidate will partner closely with the General Manager and operational leaders to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic growth across the cluster.Responsibilities of a Cluster Financial Controller:Present financial updates to senior stakeholders, outlining current and forecasted business performance, risks, and opportunitiesPlay a key role in the preparation and review of the annual business planProduce monthly and annual financial reports, analysing results, trends, and forecastsContribute proactively to overall property and cost management strategiesSafeguard hotel assets through strong internal control systemsLead and develop the finance team across the clusterSupport departmental managers in improving financial awareness and achieving KPIsUtilise financial systems and technology to analyse real-time data and generate actionable insightsSupport sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting where requiredRequirements for a Cluster Financial Controller:Previous experience in a similar Financial Controller role, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or retailStrong analytical and financial reporting skillsProven experience leading and developing finance teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong internal control awareness and sound knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresProfessional qualification or part-qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Benefits of the role:Salary range of €60,000 - €70,000Performance-related bonusPension accessOngoing professional development opportunitiesMeals on dutyEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAdditional annual leave based on serviceStaff appreciation initiatives and team-building eventsAdditional lifestyle benefits (details available upon application)This is a senior-level opportunity offering strong visibility, commercial influence, and the ability to shape financial strategy across multiple city-centre properties.
