Someone who connects creative ambition with commercial impact.The BriefWe’re on the hunt for a strategic leader who understands brand, business, and the digital consumer journey — and can drive teams to create work that’s both culturally sharp and performance-driven.This role sits at the core of Wirality’s operating model — overseeing multiple pods made up of Account Managers, Creative Managers, and Pod Leads, while working closely with Business Heads and Directors to deliver social media excellence across all client portfolios.You’ll Be Responsible ForBuilding and owning social media strategy across clusters. Leading client strategy conversations and expectation management. Partnering with creative and media teams to turn insights into impactful work. Mentoring teams to think beyond posts — toward outcomes and growth. If you can merge business intelligence with creative instinct, and rally teams around clarity, speed, and cultural resonance — this one’s for you.What You’ll Lead & DriveStrategy & BusinessBuild, oversee, and optimize social media strategy for all key accounts in your cluster. Lead brand positioning, content frameworks, and communication architecture for clients. Partner with business heads to deliver measurable results — reach, engagement, community growth, and brand outcomes. Translate insights, social trends, and analytics into actionable strategies. Design and oversee the quality of brand calendars, content pipelines, and creative rationales. Build frameworks for data-informed storytelling that deliver business impact. Ensure every brief and presentation connects creative output to business KPIs. Champion the integration of new tools and platforms — from social listening to AI-driven content intelligence. Team Leadership & CollaborationManage and mentor Account Managers, Creative Managers, and Pod Leads. Collaborate closely with Creative and Production leadership to align output with strategy. Create a feedback-rich environment — empowering pods to learn, adapt, and grow. Lead internal strategy huddles to strengthen thinking across the org. Act as the strategic face of Wirality in client meetings and new business pitches. Execution & Quality ControlEnsure work quality across all touchpoints — from concept decks to final deliverables. Monitor brand health, social performance, and creative consistency across accounts. Implement process discipline to maintain efficiency without losing creative agility. Drive operational excellence within pods — from briefing to reporting. Who You Are6–10 years of experience in digital or social media strategy, preferably within an agency. Deep understanding of social ecosystems — Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Experienced in cultural mining, audience segmentation, and communication mapping. Comfortable presenting and defending strategy to CXOs and brand leaders. Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams. Obsessed with the intersection of insight, storytelling, and measurable impact. A clear thinker, strong communicator, and stronger collaborator. Equal parts leader and learner.
