Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing player in the hospitality and food & beverage sector, for the key leadership role of Cluster Head.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can merge operational excellence with branded guest experience, and who will ensure that each property under the brand lives up to its promise of curated service, design integrity and outstanding food & beverage experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead operations across the brand’s properties (currently a small cluster of high-end hotels & F&B venues)Translate the brand’s identity (design-led, luxury but understated, signature experiences) into consistent guest journeysOwn cluster P&L and drive commercial performance: budgeting, cost control, profitability, revenue growthEstablish and maintain SOPs, service standards, internal controls aligned with the brand’s premium positioningOversee quality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, safety and regulatory complianceCollaborate with central functions (Marketing, Design, F&B, Finance) to ensure brand alignment across all touchpointsSupport new openings or expansion of the brand, ensuring operational readiness and brand consistencyMentor property leadership teams (General Managers, F&B Directors) in the spirit of the brand cultureIdentify and drive strategic partnerships, third-party collaborations or experiences that elevate the brandReport to senior leadership and contribute to long-term strategic planning for the brand clusterRequired Qualifications & CompetenciesMinimum 8-10 years of experience in hospitality operations (hotel and/or F&B), ideally with premium or lifestyle brandsExperience managing multiple venues or a small cluster of properties, and balancing operational & commercial demandsStrong P&L responsibility, budgeting, cost control, internal audit experienceProven ability to deliver elevated guest experiences, maintain high service standards and lead teams in premium settingsExcellent planning, structural thinking, cross-functional coordination, programme/project management capabilitiesOutstanding communication (verbal & written) in English; additional languages are a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related; MBA or advanced studies preferred
