CNC Operator

Ensures the achievement of daily production plans; abides by code of discipline and standard operating procedures; able to follow work instructions and collaborate with other operators in order to approve productivity and product quality.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsures that daily production plan of the laser cutting section is met and well documentedEnsures the quality of products being worked on, including deburring and finishingLearns skills that will improve productivityEnsures that proper tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasksImmediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processesObserves production procedures related to safety and health at work.Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product qualityAble to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and toolsEnsures 7s is maintainedPerforms other related tasks from time to timeQualification/Skills RequirementsAt least high school graduate or relevant vocational courseAt least 1 year working experience in a related fieldPreferably 1-4 years' experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalentMust possess reasonable analytical skill.Able to work with minimal supervisionTeam playerMondays to Saturdays, 7am - 4pm with high probability of paid overtime
