JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTThe Company: Acceligent Solution Inc. is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrator that has been providing comprehensive network infrastructure solutions and managed services to clients since 2014.The Accounting Assistant Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Finance Manager with tax filings.Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Support budgeting and forecasting activities.Handle general ledger entries and account reconciliations.Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.Perform other accounting-related tasks as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Work Set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig CityTime: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to FridayJob type: Full Time
