In addition to client services, Accepire develops innovative SaaS products. These include CuratorAI, a tool that transforms expert ideas into refined content, and AxiomFlow, which automates and verifies ESG and impact data for sustainability reporting.Role Description: This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at Accepire. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic vision, business development, and overall growth. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and representing the company to investors and stakeholders. The Co-Founder will collaborate with the team to innovate and execute ideas, ensuring alignment with Accepire’s mission and goals.QualificationsEntrepreneurial mindset with leadership abilities and a passion for innovation.Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth.Exceptional Communication abilities to present ideas, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.Professional fluency in both English and German is required.Domain expertise as a sustainability expert, with a strong understanding of ESG frameworks and impact data.Proven Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making and problem-solving.Strong Research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and industry insights.Demonstrable experience in applying for and securing grants (e.g., EU, national, or private funding).Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.Previous co-founding, start-up, or executive leadership experience is highly desirable.Proficiency in technology and SaaS product development is a plus.
