This includes the ability to connect and assemble into larger orbital structures, forming resilient, distributed networks for Earth observation, communications, and deep-space operations.⸻Your Role at NeuralSatWe are looking for a Co-Founder (Business & Strategy) to join the founding team and lead NeuralSat’s fundraising, investor relations, and go-to-market strategy.You’ll be responsible for shaping the commercial direction of the company, securing venture capital investment, and building relationships with both private investors and institutional partners (ESA, DLR, EU funding programs).You will work hand-in-hand with the technical founders to translate deep-tech innovation into a compelling investment and market narrative.⸻Key Responsibilities1. Venture Capital & Fundraising • Lead fundraising strategy and execution across pre-seed, seed, and Series A rounds.2. Commercialisation & Market Strategy • Develop and refine NeuralSat’s go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and customer acquisition plan. • Drive early commercial pilots and partnerships to validate the technology and demonstrate market fit.3. Government & Institutional Engagement • Engage with ESA, DLR, EIC, and national innovation agencies to secure grants, contracts, and non-dilutive funding. • Lead or support proposal writing for ESA and EIC accelerator applications. • Position NeuralSat within European strategic programs and emerging space initiatives.4. Strategic Leadership & Company Building • Collaborate with technical co-founders to align product development with commercial opportunities. • Help define long-term company strategy, business model, and organizational growth roadmap. • Represent NeuralSat at investor events, conferences, and pitch competitions.⸻Ideal Candidate Profile • Proven track record of raising venture capital for a deep-tech, space, or AI startup (or experience in VC / investment banking). • Strong understanding of venture financing, investor expectations, and cap table management. • Networked within the European and international VC ecosystem, particularly in aerospace, defense, or AI. • Experience with DLR, ESA, or EIC funding programs and European accelerator ecosystems.
