We are backed with € 3 million in equity, even though we haven’t actively raised funding yet – yes, investors are chasing us.TasksThe roleAs a Co-Founder Engineering, you’ll build Tribex from the ground up together with the rest of the founding team.While we are providing a world-class professional service to our customers, technology is at our core and you will be an integral part of building it from scratch. Your work will be the driving force behind our revolutionary customer experience, enabled through AI, offering radical simplicity to our customers.What you’ll ownLead engineering from 0→1 and 1→n; be hands‑on in the early phaseMake first‑principles architecture choices that scale globallyShip v1 quickly, instrument it, and iterate with real users weeklySet up CI/CD, cloud infra, observability, security & data foundationsBuild and mentor a team in the first weeks, scale it throughout the next yearsWork directly with the other founders and customers to convert feedback into a roadmapOur tech context (greenfield)Prefer boring tech where it matters; innovate where it differentiates.You’ll define it; maybe: Python, TypeScript/Node, Postgres, Redis/Queue, Docker/K8s, AWS, vue/ react/ ...Tooling budget for whatever makes you fast.
