About CirrdenCirrden is a video sharing & monetization platform that helps African and global creators earn via subscriptions and short “Clips.” We’ve shipped a working product with early traction (3,000 registered users, paying creators, 15k+ views, 300h watch‑time) and we’re assembling a lean founding team to scale distribution and revenue.Why now: We’ve validated demand and built the core. The next chapter is systematic growth: predictable creator acquisition, fan conversion, and durable partnerships.The RoleWe’re looking for a Co‑Founder & Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to own go‑to‑market across marketing, growth, business development, and distribution. You’ll set our growth thesis, build the engine, close partnerships, and co‑lead strategy with the CEO.What you’ll doBuild the growth model: define the funnel, instrument metrics, set weekly targets.Audit channels and messaging; launch a 90‑day test plan across referral loops, paid (CPI), content marketing, and creator outreach.Design creator acquisition playbook: ICPs, verticals, outreach scripts, and a scalable pipeline.Stand up campus ambassador & community programs; seed 10–20 active ambassadors.Ship activation & retention improvements (onboarding, pricing/packaging tests, emails, notifications, Clips growth loop, credits).Close 10–20 flagship creators and 3–5 distribution partners (studios, creator schools, communities).Set the brand voice; own website copy, landing pages, pitch collateral.What you’ll drive Scale multi‑channel acquisition (referrals, influencer/creator partnerships, WhatsApp communities, performance marketing).Build distribution partnerships (studios, telcos/data bundles feasibility, banks/fintechs, campuses, creator networks) and co‑marketing.Establish BD pipeline: outreach → meeting → pilot → agreement → co‑launch; standardize partner playbooks and terms.Stand up analytics & experimentation: cohort views, A/B tests, LTV/CAC tracking, attribution sanity checks.Launch affiliates/reseller program for creator managers and micro‑influencers; automate payouts and tracking.Own PR/comms calendar (product launches, creator success stories, press/influencer relations).Build and lead a small, high‑leverage Growth team (content, performance, partnerships, lifecycle/CRM).You might be a fit if youHave 6–10+ years across growth/marketing/BD at consumer, media, or marketplace startups (0→1 or 1→10 experience).Have shipped acquisition & retention playbooks end‑to‑end and can show metrics that moved.Are data‑driven (comfortable with funnel math, LTV/CAC, cohorts, hypotheses) and story‑driven (great copy, brand instincts).Can sell: you’ve closed partnerships (schools, creator networks, media, fintechs) and know how to make them work.Move fast with structured experimentation (A/Bs, weekly reviews, kill/scale decisions).Communicate crisply; you can recruit, coach, and raise the bar for a small team.Based in Lagos or AbujaNice‑to‑havesCreator‑economy, OTT/streaming, or EdTech experienceExisting relationships with African creator communities, studios, or agenciesPricing/packaging, referral systems, and lifecycle CRM depthComfort collaborating with product/engineering on growth featuresCompensation & SetupFounder‑level equity: indicative range 3–15% (depends on fit/scope), 4‑year vesting, 1‑year cliff
