From a secret boutique shopping Experience with a gemologist, to wine-tasting with an expert sommelier, LocalBini.com features authentic city Experiences that people can book based on their interests (eg. art, architecture, foodie, nightlife, history etc.).Upon agreement, we are looking for a Co-Head of Mobile Engineering (full time OR part-time)This role is a match for a person that would like to join our current Mobile Lead and plan a relaunch of LocalBini’s flutter app for season 2026. You would be a team of two Co-Heads for Mobile Engineering.Your main task is to create a working, scalable and fully fledged flutter app (there is a working MVP) with an excellent user-experience. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.You’ll work very closely with the Product Designer and your sparring partner for Mobile. In order to make work processes efficient, we have a component library and we use figma.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the existing development team (remotely based) and the Switzerland (CH) teams to ideate the software solution.Build the Flutter mobile app from scratch (using the current MVP).Have a big impact on an international platform with world wide ranges.Implement the necessary tracking tools within the application to understand user-behavior.Write the necessary technical documentation.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSIdeally, at least 4 years of mobile (lead) development experience (commercial!) with flutter focus.Strong hands-on skills with our technology stack (React Native, Redux, Redux-Offline, Reselect, Redux-thunk, Redux-Saga, Immutable.js, Axios).Proficiency using RWD techniques.Passionate to remain up-to-date with the latest trends in web/mobile front-end development.Experience in developing Android (Java, Kotlin) and/or iOS (Objective-C, Swift) applications.Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.Fluent in English. Polish or German is a plus.The position can be in the office in St. Gallen or remote.  Currently, it is compensated 100% in stocks (no cash payout; instead full upside potential).
