GOLFTEC Coaches are paid a competitive base rate along with commissions, bonus opportunities, and other performance-based components.In 2024 the average Total Compensation for a GOLFTEC Coach that worked the full year was $64,250. Base compensation is in the form of a bi-monthly salary, and is specific to location, and experience. Base compensation on average is 63% of Total Compensation.
