The role: Talent Development Manager works to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and align with business objectives, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization. Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: Tertiary Qualification in any Business or Training (Diploma of Teaching)TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG industry. Experience in content developmentExperience in training delivery. Able to conduct training needs analysis (TNA)Ability to carry out post training evaluation and follow ups.
