The role: Talent Development Manager works to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and align with business objectives, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization. A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: Tertiary Qualification in any Business or Training (Diploma of Teaching)TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG industry. Experience in content developmentExperience in training delivery. Able to conduct training needs analysis (TNA)Ability to carry out post training evaluation and follow ups.
