产品经理

岗位职责：1、负责产品规划与原型设计、需求文档的撰写，与研发团队紧密协作，推进需求落地，保证研发进度，确保产品上线质量；2、参与到产品的整个生命周期，包括产品规划、需求收集与管理、设计、开发、测试、上线运营等；3、参与到产品运营与数据运营中，从用户和运营视角挖掘产品需求；4、关注业内竞品，及时迭代产品功能；5、协调内外部资产方推进新产品上线，实时关注和分析行业政策变化。任职要求：1、7年以上产品工作经验，5年以上互联网金融产品经验；2、对互联网金融相关的产品生态和技术原理熟练了解，对股票、期权、期货等金融衍生品有一定了解；3、有较强的需求理解和分析能力、数据分析能力，能独立完成产品需求文档，精通产品设计相关主流工具；4、较好的表达能力和逻辑思维能力。Job Responsibilities:1. Work closely with the R&D team to promote the implementation of requirements, ensure the progress of R&D, and guarantee the quality of product launch.2. Keep an eye on competing products in the industry and update product functions in a timely manner.5. Coordinate with internal and external asset providers to promote the launch of new products, and keep abreast of and analyze changes in industry policies in real time. Job Requirements:1. Over 5 years of product experience, including at least 3 years in internet finance products;2. Proficient understanding of the product ecosystem and technical principles related to internet finance, with some knowledge of financial derivatives such as stocks, options, and futures;3. Strong ability to understand and analyze requirements, as well as data analysis skills, capable of independently completing product requirement documents, and proficient in mainstream product design tools;4.
