The Cold Caller and Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, providing customer support, and using dialer facilities for efficient communication. The role also involves live chat support and meeting daily KPIs to drive sales and business success.QualificationsOutbound calling and sales skillsLead generation and appointment setting experienceKnowledge of dialer facilities and call recordingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet daily KPIs and targetsExperience in BPO call center services is a plus
