Responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients via calls, engaging leads with professional communication, and qualifying prospects for a range of services offered by Crackers. The candidate will need to manage call logs, follow scripts as needed, and build relationships through effective communication. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts in lead conversion is also integral to the role.QualificationsProficiency in outbound calling, lead generation, and following sales scripts effectively.Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing call logs, prospecting clients, and tracking lead conversations.Basic proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of B2B lead generation processes.Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain a professional demeanor over calls.Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.Fluency in English and other relevant regional languages.A positive attitude, resilience to handle rejections, and motivation to achieve goals.
