Now Hiring: Collection Officer: Flexi Microfinance BankLocation: Ikeja, Lagos, NigeriaCompensation: Basic ₦80,000 + KPI: ₦50,000 Not cappedJob Summary:The Collection Officer will be responsible for monitoring loan repayments, following up with defaulting clients, and ensuring effective debt recovery in line with company policies.Key Responsibilities:Follow up on overdue loans via calls, messages, and Emails.Negotiate repayment plans and recover outstanding debts.Maintain accurate repayment records and prepare reports.Maintain good customer relationships and uphold ethical recovery standards.Identify and recruit potential clients for microfinance loan products.Promote loan products to low-income earners, traders, and small business owners.To Apply: recruitment@fleximfb.com
