Internal Auditor-Kitchen Opetations

Salary: N150,000 - N180,000 NetResponsibilities •Conduct routine audits of kitchen inventory (raw materials, perishables, packaging, etc.).•Track daily consumption and reconcile with POS sales and kitchen production records.•Analyze food cost variance and investigate discrepancies.•Ensure all stock is properly documented using FIFO and wastage logs are updated.•Monitor procurement and stock issuance to ensure alignment with budgets and standards.•Provide reports on kitchen performance metrics such as yield, cost per dish, and spoilage.•Support monthly financial closing with accurate kitchen cost data.•Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure financial discipline and efficiency.•Recommend and implement controls to reduce waste, pilferage, or overproduction.•Ensure adherence to financial SOPs and audit compliance standards.Requirements •Minimum of HND in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data analytics.•2 to 3 years hands on experience within a restaurant or any other hospitality setting managing food service accounting, inventory auditing, or cost control.•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.•Proficiency in Excel and accounting or inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, POS systems).•Understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory principles.•Knowledge of HACCP, FIFO, and kitchen audit standards is an advantage.NOTE:Any genderThere is a layover.150k-180k net.Shifts (morning ends at 4pm and starts by 7am)Evening ends at 12am, starts at 3pmSix times a week.Restaurant experience as inventory manager or anything similar.Must haves1.
