The sucessfull candidate will have overall responsibility for leading the operational processes and services provided by NBS for markets in-scope.Leading Total Service Quality levels to all Stakeholders and driving E2E standardization, they will ensure the quality of services delivered to customer is in accordance with SLA'sThey will lead and develop a team of Lead Specialists in Portugal, focusing on the following markets: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland, Norway, UK and I, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg and Denmark. Additionally, oversee several other Company Codes beyond these markets, including Nesa, NITR, Waters, and others.A day in the life of... Build and set up and/or sustain the Order to Cash processes as per defined strategy and timelines.Participate in building and communicating the functional OMP.Lead a team of Lead Specialists in establishing and accomplishing company objectives.Ensure full alignment, understanding and execution of the team of people strategies within the functions/teams.Act as a change agent in communicating and aligning key organizational changes.Contribute to the stabilization of the operations following a transition.Drive or contribute to standardization projects including the implementation of new IT functionalities.Oversees performance and execution of O2C processes and anticipates/plans for potential issues and escalations.Manage the immediate resolution of critical issues and escalations.Improve the O2C process working closely with the market(s) and IT to analyze the causes of the issues and initiate the corrective actions to eliminate them.Responsible for ensuring appropriate controls and audits are in place and performed as required.Oversees internal/external audits, knowledge base updates, year-end process interaction and payroll calendar setting.Ensure BCP’s for O2C are regularly and successfully tested, gaps are identified and addressed.Performance Management- Monitors and evaluates team performance and conducts regular performance and development coaching and discussions. Provide support in the execution of developmental plans for the team members.Talent Management- Active participation and contribution in People Day discussions - functional talent calibrations, management calibrations. Responsible in building a robust talent and succession pipeline for the teams in scope.Stakeholder Management- Actively participate and contribute in governance and expert network meetings, telcos with markets and other NBS communities (CFO, O2C Leads, Credit Managers, Global Solutuons Leads, Global Process Acceleration Team and Lead, Sales Director, etc.).NCE Practices sustainability- Leverage and drive the application of NCE methodologies, tools and practices to drive performance and continuous improvement of processes and services in-scope. Partners with NGBS/NBS Performance Management team/NCE team and Market to make recommendations for new or improved performance categories and service levels.Promote automation initiatives and contribute to productivity improvements, by working in close collaboration with Service Excellence and Process Improvement Teams and leveraging NCE methodologies.What Will Make You SuccessfulMaster's Degree in Finance, Business Administration & others.Functional experience in Finance, Order to Cash or Supply Chain in a leading role.Experience in working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization (internal and external providers).Successfull Leadership experience.Service Experience and Continuous Improvement mindset.Working in highly international environment.Managing change in the organization.English proficiency (other languages are a plus).Project management experience.Experience having lead accounting and/or financial areas (budget, pricing models, business case analysis and cost/benefit models).Knowledge of O2C E2E processes and good understanding of S2P and R2R E2E processes and best practices.What We OfferHere at NBS we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
