Job Title – Collections Officer/Collections Agent-Team Lead (Only into Banking)Type - OutsourcedContract Duration- 12 Months ExtendableWork Location –DubaiSalary – AED 10000- AED 12000Working days & timings – 6-day work and standard hoursMandatory details/Skills –Customer Service, Communication Skills, CollectionsJob description:Supervise and lead a team of collection officers/agents to achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.Assign accounts and monitor daily collection activities and follow-ups.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and bad debt.Handle escalated or complex collection cases and negotiate repayment solutions with customers.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports.Analyze delinquency trends and recommend corrective actions.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in collections or credit control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
