The Collections Officer will be responsible for executing day-to-day debt collection activities, applying strong analytical and communication skills, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling financial transactions related to collections and maintaining accurate records.QualificationsProven experience in debt collectionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesDiploma in Accounting or a related fieldPrevious experience in collections is requiredSOCPA Memberships is required
