Job Summary:We're seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Cost Accounting who can do two things exceptionally well:: keep our vendor payments running smoothly across multiple business lines, and figure out why our product costs changed—then explain it in a way that helps leadership make better decisions. You will manage accounts payable for multiple businesses—processing payments for local and international suppliers, accounting for customs and SABER fees, reconciling vendor statements. But you will also own our product costing, prepare landed cost analysis, and deliver variance reports that actually mean something to the business.This role lives at the intersection of operations and analysis in our manufacturing, trading, and e-commerce business. With end-to-end project management capabilities, we deliver turnkey commercial kitchen solutions that meet the exacting standards of high-end hospitality establishments, handling everything from initial planning through final implementationResponsibilities: Own Accounts Payable (AP) Across Multiple Business LinesProcess payments for local and international suppliers—from invoice verification to payment release through Saudi banking systemsResolve invoice mismatches, missing documentation, and open PO issues with procurementPrepare AP aging reports that give leadership clear visibility on vendor statusCalculate the True Cost of Everything We SellBuild and maintain product costing models for all our business linesPrepare monthly landed cost analysis: purchase price + freight + customs + SABER feesReconcile cost of goods sold and fix cost errors before they impact marginsTranslate Numbers Into Business InsightsDig into cost variances and answer: "Why did this happen?"Spot trends others miss—rising freight costs, margin erosion, supplier price changesForecast payment needs and connect costs to profitability in monthly GP reviewsKeep Our Financial Close On TrackExecute month-end close: accruals, cost allocations, cut-off procedures—all by deadlineQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years in accounting with strong AP and cost accounting backgroundExperience managing accounts across multiple business linesProficiency in MS Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP (SAP, Oracle)Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reportingFluent in Arabic and EnglishCore Expertise:Accounts payable cycle management and vendor relationsProduct costing, landed cost analysis, and COGS reconciliationCost variance analysis with ability to explain drivers to managementMonth-end close processes under tight deadlinesProfessional Qualities:Analytical mindset with business acumenDetail-oriented with high accuracy standardsStrong communicator across all levelsProactive problem-solverThrives in fast-paced, multi-entity environmentsWHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE:This isn't your typical AP desk job.
