Junior HR Specialist – Nicosia, Cyprus (On-site)We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our small but dynamic team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a full-time role based in the Nicosia office. Professional Skills and Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of Cyprus legislation related to Records Management and Human Resource ManagementUnderstanding of HR documentation standards and local compliance requirementsFamiliarity with main HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record managementFluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken) is requiredRussian language skills will be considered an advantagePrevious experience in migration services will be considered an advantageWorking experience with Jira and Zoho platforms will be considered an advantageWorking experience with HR SystemsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Responsibilities:

Maintain employee registers, personnel data, and records in compliance with Cyprus legislationSupport the hiring process and assist with the onboarding of non-local citizens, including document preparation and monitoring of migration processesPrepare HR-related reports and maintain proper documentationParticipate in internal committees (e. g. , Health and Safety Committee)Assist the Compliance department in HR-related mattersProvide support in various ongoing HR activitiesAdditional Information:
