Job ResponsibilityYou Will Play An Essential Role InCreating Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Invoices, Quotation etc. documentsScan documents for archivingFiling of paper documentsReception work & data entryCoordinating with Sales Team and Production Team on the delivery statusMaintaining stock and production recordsUpdating the company's quality management system files. Job RequirementsWho are we looking for: Candidate must possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma and aboveRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, MandarinNo work experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Skill(s): Microsoft OfficePreferably Entry Level specialized in Clerk / Administrative Support or equivalent.
