Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and sales-minded Commercial Architect to join our Presales team within Konecta’s Growth Office to foster the Sales of Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Transformation services. This role is a critical interface between solution design, financial modeling, and market strategy, ensuring our offers are both compelling to the client and profitable for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Model DevelopmentDesign and build comprehensive costing and pricing models for complex, multi-year BPO, CX, and digital service proposals, integrating all relevant cost elements (FTE requirements, technology & licenses cost, implementation costs, etc.)Translate the technical and operational solution into a clear, client-facing commercial proposition including a ROI and TCO analysis reflecting the value-add for the customer.Generate holistic, internalc P&L and Cash flow views by integrating all cost elements (investments, internal and external costs, etc.), revenue streams and risks.Commercial Strategy and StructuringDevelop jointly with the Sales Lead win-win commercial strategies, including defining flexible pricing structures (e.g., fixed-price, outcome-based, consumption-based, gain-share) that align with client value drivers and risk appetite.Responsible for the final price sheet and ensuring its accuracy and reflection of the approved commercial strategy.Analyze competitive pricing benchmarks and market trends to ensure our offers are positioned effectively and competitively.Collaboration and Efficiency Collaborate with the Offerings and Service owners as well as the CFO team to establish and continuously improve internal costing tools, methodologies, and pricing standards.QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial management, financial modeling, or solution costing within the IT Services or BPO/CX industries.Demonstrated experience in costing and pricing complex CX and BPO deals involving automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation components.Proven ability to design and articulate various pricing models (e.g., per-unit transaction, FTE, outcome-based) effectively.Skills & Competencies:Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to manage large, complex data sets and translate them into clear commercial insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial models to non-financial stakeholders (clients and internal executives).Deep understanding of CX and BPO cost drivers (labor models and technology) and preferably insights into market benchmarks.Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CFA, PMP) is a significant advantage.
