Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and Courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.Your New TeamYou will join our Commercial Asset Management team, which consists of 20 colleagues located across Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland. The team’s primary responsibility is to provide commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets owned by external investors and European Energy’s IPP portfolio.You will work closely with colleagues responsible for the Baltics, contributing to the management and optimisation of solar, BESS and wind assets in the region. We imagine that you will be based at our Vilnius office, but Riga is also a possibility.Your New RoleAs our new Associate, you will support the commercial asset management of renewable energy projects across the Baltics. You will collaborate with experienced Commercial Asset Managers and contribute to the development of our asset management function.Scope of WorkTake commercial responsibility for selected solar PV, BESS and wind assets.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Group Finance, PPA, and Project Development teams.Contribute ideas for commercial and financial optimisation.Drive income and expense control for operational projects.Assist in contract negotiations and monitor contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.).Assist with data analysis and communication with investors and banks.Follow up on financial budgets, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts.To thrive in this positionYou probably hold a degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar. You may be newly graduated or with 1–2 years of relevant experience.In Addition, We Are Looking ForExperience with data analysis.Full professional proficiency in English and preferably either Lithuanian or Latvian.You are structured, curious, and eager to learn how to optimise energy assets.
