Job DescriptionCircle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:Junior Specialist / Specialist Finance in Master Data TeamType of Employment: Temporary position (2 years contract)Location: Riga, LatviaVisa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)What You'll DoMaintain Finance Master Data essential for business processes (creation/change of Cost centres, G/L Accounts, Terminals, Items etc.).Process Master data requests via the ticketing system and email by validating incoming information and performing Master data updates in the ERP system (Oracle JDE).Complete Master data requests in a timely and accurate manner to ensure high-quality data globally.Monitor Master Data quality and report discrepancies to the Team Leader or senior colleagues.Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide information related to Finance Master data.Participate in operational projects if needed and contribute to achieving project goals.Collaborate with the Finance & Control department, business stakeholders, and the IT department.What You'll NeedPreferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field.Strong attention to detail.Ability to perform routine tasks daily.Proficient in written and spoken English.Good communication and collaboration skills.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.).Fast learner with an analytical, organized, and structured approach.Customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.WHY WORK WITH USFor 5 years in a row, Circle K Business Centre has been awarded 1st place in the “CV-Online TOP Employer – International Business Services category”.Monthly salary starting from:1380 EUR gross (Junior level)1650 EUR gross (Specialist level)Covered tariff plan for your mobile phone.Health insurance.Employee discounts in our stores.And more!At Circle K, our culture is shaped by our team members and how we treat each other.
