Your role will involve coordination, communication, and execution of various commercial activities to ensure smooth and timely departmental operation and commercial implementation.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to Commercial & Sales teamPrepare required reports and analysesCommercial Call center responsibilityCommercial Activities:Maintain and update latest clientele informationContribute to the distribution of promotional materials to field teamsUpdate and distribute relevant materials like pricelists, newsletters, catalogues, order forms to commercial teamsOrder form configurationCustomer order consolidationNewsletter dispatch to customersB2B platform updateTeam expense report oversightFinancial Management:Invoices control and managementCustomer credit note process management and issuance for all relevant channelsTrack relevant commercial budget spendingPurchase order creation and trackQualifications & ExperienceLocation: Based in AthensEducation: Bachelor’s degree.Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administrative positions, sales support, commercial operations — preferably in cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.Languages: English (fluent), plus local language proficiency.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.Soft SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
