Job Description

Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Facilitate corporate account online opening (OBCA).Calling and tracking of save as draft / purge account opening applications.Responsible to ensure proper screenings, due diligence Know-Your-Customer (KYC) are conducted as per Bank P& P and regulatory requirements during onboarding.Responsible for customers’ satisfaction and service excellence.Attend to all customer enquiries on banking products and service promptly.Prepare CDD and assist on WLM alerts.Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.Assignment and tracking of call-in/email leads/regional referrals.Assist to extract GCLS report.Support Relationship Managers on documentation check and printing of document.Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.Must comply with all compliance requirement with high alertness to AML procedures and take the lead at all times to be alert to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity. Report any suspicious transaction to respective Unit DCORO via LINE MANAGER (reporting manager) or directly to the Country DCORORequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a sales support or client service roleStrong understanding of commercial banking products and services.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
