Our team is truly international and diverse, dedicated to providing reliable and timely support to SAP’s Sales team with deal approval, contract creation, compliance verification, and various other activities related to cloud and on-premise offerings for small, medium-sized, and large enterprises. This role offers opportunities to support projects, drive efficiency and process improvements, and provides many development opportunities to shape your future career path.What You´ll DoAs a Commercial Business Partner, you will closely collaborate with the sales team, Commercial Finance Manager, CFO, and various internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, and Revenue Recognition teams.Your Main Tasks Will BeDeal Support and Approval:Collaboration: Provide guidance on deal structuring and approval requirements, ensuring deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines.Reviewing deals: Ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Sales colleagues.Facilitate Deal Approval: Ensure all necessary internal stakeholders are engaged and informed.Act as a primary point of contact for Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships.Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload.Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization and efficiency increase.Contract DraftingDraft Contracts: Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring that terms are consistent with what was approved during the deal structuring and approval process.Incorporate commercial clauses and other relevant provisions into contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with legal teams as needed to ensure all legal aspects of contracts are addressed and mitigated.What You BringAnalytical thinkers with strong attention to details.Proactive, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.Organized and able to work efficiently under pressure.Responsive with strong follow-up skills.Empathetic with positive and can-do attitude.Team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).Customer service oriented.Flexible and adaptive to change.
