Because, to us, packaging is about much more than a box, it’s about delivering what’s right, for our customers, for their customers and our planet.About The RolePacksize is seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Paralegal. to serve as the bridge between legal and commercial operations. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensure commercial compliance, and support sales-driven agreements across Europe. You will assist with work closely with the North American team to manage our CLM platform, draft and review contracts, and help streamline processes to enable efficient and compliant deal execution. This position requires hands-on contract management experience, foundational legal knowledge, and a strong commercial mindset,ideally with prior experience in sales or sales operations.What You’ll DoReview, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, amendments, and customer-specific agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.Administer and optimize the contract lifecycle using our CLM platform, including renewals, obligations, and key term tracking.Collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership to implement contract terms, pricing adjustments, and approvals.Conduct contract research, resolve unique commercial requests, and provide practical guidance to stakeholders.Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to streamline contract processes.Educate and support internal teams on contract management tools, processes, and compliance requirements.Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between legal, sales, and operational functionsMonitor industry trends and commercial contracting practices to inform process improvements and policy updates.What You’ll BringFluency in English with strong legal reading and writing skills.Strong understanding of corporate law and commercial contracting principles, particularly in a European context.Proven experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (preferably DocuSign CLM).3+ years of experience in contract management, sales operations, or as a paralegal/legal assistant in a corporate setting.Bachelors or Maters degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to draft practical, business-focused contract language.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise senior management effectively.Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams.Nice to haveAbility to speak other European languages (German, French, Spanish preferred)Knowledge of EU-specific commercial and corporate regulations, ensuring compliance across European operations.Familiarity with CLM, CRM, or ERP systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, SAP) to support efficient contract lifecycle management.Packsize is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its workforce.
