About Côte&CielCôte&Ciel is a Paris-born design brand bridging fashion and architecture through functional forms and tactile materials. We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our Berlin-based team and support the daily operations of our global wholesale business.The RoleAs Commercial Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting our sales, marketing and logistics teams. You’ll oversee the operational flow of orders, reports, and partner communication while contributing to collection development, showroom organization, and special projects.This is a growth role, ideal for someone who is structured and detail-oriented. You’ll be part of a small, international team working closely with the Head of Global Wholesale on projects that shape Côte&Ciel’s next collections and collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Sales SupportManage scheduling, meeting preparation and follow-up communicationCreate and send invoices, proformas and order confirmationsTrack and follow up on payments and outstanding balancesMaintain and update the order book weeklyPrepare monthly sales and performance reportsMaintain organized digital records in ERP systemsOrder Management & LogisticsProcess new orders, reorders and returnsCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and deliveryShare tracking information and logistics updates with clientsManage showroom preparations, including sample coordination and inventory planningSupport special projects such as pop-ups and collaborationsData & ReportingCollect and compile sell-through data from key wholesale partnersAssist in creating sales performance and forecasting reportsEnsure ERP data accuracy across all accountsMarketing & PR CoordinationCoordinate sample shipments for editorial shoots and partner PR teamsDistribute seasonal marketing materials (lookbooks, imagery, content assets)Liaise with partner stores to support marketing activations and eventsShowroom & Trend ProjectsOrganize seasonal showroom setups and assist during market weeksParticipate in collection briefings, providing feedback and commercial insightsConduct trend and competitor analysis to support product and market strategyAd Hoc ProjectsContribute to cross-departmental projects as neededAssist with brand presentations, collaborations and internal eventsRequirements1-2  years experience in fashion wholesale, sales coordination or logisticsExcellent organizational, analytical and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (any other language is a plus)Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JustFashion, NuOrder, Shopify,etc ) is a plusProficiency in Excel and Google WorkspaceDetail-oriented, proactive and curious about both sales and brand developmentEligibility to work in Germany.
